I had the good fortune of being referred to Tri-State by several neighbors when looking to secure an independent inspection of our newly constructed home as we approach our one year warranty mark. Eric replied promptly and we scheduled the appointment. He showed up on time and proceeded with a thorough inspection of our property from roof to basement including all major structural and functional components and systems. He provided a comprehensive report as promised later that same day that included numerous photos and narrative descriptions of all findings and recommended remedies. He answered all of the questions I asked during the inspection as well as afterwards. Although our builder is considered highly regarded and our overall experience has been positive, Eric identified a number of issues that I likely would not have caught on my own. He is a seasoned professional who knows what to look for in potential problem areas. I consider his services a worthwhile investment and would recommend him without hesitation.

Ken arrived right on time, and completed the inspection within 2 hours. That evening, I received the full report.
