Horrible customer service. I have an Andersen French door that developed a crack. They came out and said the problem was due to a manufacturer's defect and that they'd submit a warranty claim. Two weeks later, having heard nothing, I called to inquire about the status. I was told the service manager would get back to me. He never did. I waited another week and called again. Same thing: no return call. I ended up calling four times, and they never had the decency to return the call. Meanwhile, I checked with Andersen and BSD never filed a warranty claim. Go elsewhere for Andersen products if you want responsive customer service.

Go there if you want a new kitchen design and install price wise I dont kno but a good place to check it out

Made a appointment for a measuring. They Called to switch that the day before. Time came and went for the next appointment and no one showed up. Called they had forgotten so he came out at 8:00 at night. Then told me he would e-mail me a estimate but he was a week behind so I should have it in a week in a half. We are at 7weeks and counting still no estimate. If this is how they treat their costumers I do not care to be one.

Thank you to BSD for repairing an issue with an Anderson door we have on our home in Ocean View. They did not install the door (it came with the house when we built it), but they were so helpful in repairing a broken lock and adjusting the door alignment. This door hasn't worked properly in the 5 years since we built our home, but with a quick appointment today it's working like new! Jeff was on time and courteous, making sure to show me what he was doing and what needed to be repaired. Thank you BSD for being amazing!!!

08/10/17 4:22pm Had a BSD driver tailgating me on Rt 26, giving me the finger because I wasn't going over the posted speed limit of 35mph. A dangerous driver, hopefully not representative of the rest of the company. Management feel free to contact me.
