2024- Sadly no longer my go to pool store after many years. Not the friendly customer service as it used to be.
We purchased an above ground pool 23 years ago from Clark’s. Mom - dad - Annette and all the others have Always able to assist with any issues we have as well as always having parts we have needed. A phone call on June 28th to Annette was the most helpful ever but changed our pool world.. when I told her what was going on she explained how unsafe the pool was now and so glad I contacted her. We have enjoyed our pool with family friends and neighbors but bc of her caring and knowledgeable after my call we are taking our unsafe pool down. Next could possibly be a new pool purchase from Clark’s. Wouldn’t even consider any other pool company. Love you all at Clark’s.

Everyone is always helpful at Clark. It is a good place to do business. It's always good to see Austin. If you have a problem and Austin shows-up - you know it's going to get fixed.

Leaving my husband for a week in charge of pool i come home to green pool. Perfect he says...Called Clark Pools explained everything Jennifer told me to come in I know she heard my panic. She set me up with shock and flock followed all written instructions last night. Pool off for 2 days ... But this morning all the algea is settled on bottom my water crystal clear so I can now manually vacuum it out .thank you so much for you love of pools. Not my first time in destress. . Your amazing and knowledgeable as hell . Love you guys. Thank you

Clark’s always provides great customer service from installation to opening/closing. Austin is wonderful and friendly when he comes for small repairs. Their staff and knowledge is top notch. I highly recommend them. Get a pool from them today to extend your family fun!

We had bought our 1st pool from Clarks 18yrs ago then a few weeks ago it finally gave out and was in no way shape or form able to be repaired. So we began searching for a new pool. I called Clarks and another place who is closer to us. However the level of service and appreciation we got from Clarks during this process made the decision a no brainer. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating when my wife was there making the purchase. Hopefully this one lasts as long as the last one.
Clarks is the place to shop for pools and supplies.

I cannot express how easy it was to work with Chad and Clarks Swimming Pools. Not to mention Chad and his crew's work is phenomenal. They were meticulous at preparing the job, making sure my blacktop was not damaged from heavy equipment etc. and cleaning up from the job when done. All electrical is perfect and neat the pool was perfect as well. I simply cannot recommend them any higher to do your pool!

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone on the front end was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Installers were right on time and the installation went smashingly smooth. Would recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free pool!
