Angela was fantastic to work with selecting blinds and taking measurements. My installer was fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Timing was great and everybody helped work my schedule and kept me informed on the process. Beautiful blinds, I love them! Highly recommended!
The Blind Factory was excellent to deal with, worked with me remotely to design, select, and install our new blinds and they maintained excellent communication throughout the transaction. Highly recommend The Blind Factory, especially Kasey!

We could not possibly be any happier with our new blinds. From the first call to schedule an appointment to see our project, all the way through installation, was outstanding. This store is highly recommended by us!

We order blinds and curtains before our house was done and you came out to measure before we settled - once we settled it took a month to get some blinds and you forgot to measure a room so we waited another several weeks for all the blinds. Now over 2/12 months after settlement we still don’t have curtains after numerous follow up call where we get the run around always saying 2 more weeks everytime. We were never given a firm price so we are not sure how much we paid vs what is left. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I would not use this Blind Factory. I had a frustrating experience with the product as well as the employee and manager. They quoted me a price and time that the blinds would be installed. I could not get anyone to call me back. I ended up calling the factory myself and finding out that the blinds were damaged in shipping. Why couldn't someone call me back and tell me that. The blinds were installed a month later than promised. The blinds are mediocre, don't work properly and I thought I should complain but I just didn't have the time or energy to fight them anymore. Now a year and 2 months later, they charge my credit card for $518 without a phone call to explain or negotiate with me. This is outrageous during this covid virus to have a surprise huge charge on my credit card. My husband gets so upset when we try to open or close the blinds because they don't work properly.
