He gets all the credit for our window treatments looking fantastic! We vetted out 3 other companies. I highly recommend Made in The Shade and Ben’s expertise.

My new shades are wonderful. They transformed my sunroom into a cozy garden spot. Originally I wanted the woven wood which was a bit over my budget but Ben was very helful offering alternatives and helpful suggestions. I purchased the fabric style by Norman and I'm pleased to say the quality is very evident. I actually like these better than the wood! Jason did an exceptional job with the installation and it was obvious that he took pride in and cared about his work. I am also grateful to Liz who coordinated the job and was also very pleasant and helpful. Happy to say I highly recommend Made In The Shade. **********

Our experience with ordering shutters for with Made in Shade was outstanding. Our, representative, Ben Jamison, was fantastic. He showed us beautiful samples, the pricing was great and he took great care to ensure our shutters were delivered and installed on time as promised. The installers were super friendly and did a great job. The shutters are a beautiful addition to our home and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Step one was to set up a design appointment. Quick and easy and on the date I wanted. Joe and Stephanie assisted in figuring out the best solution for each room. Great ideas, but most importantly they listened to my wants and desires. Installation by Chris - charming, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. He is also tall and did not often need a step stool! Jason came to the first day of installation to make sure we were done on time. And certainly not to be forgotten is Liz. Liz handles all the billing, scheduling, office management and so much more! When I was ill, she even called to check up on me. Such an incredible team!! And the end result was shutters and shades that are perfect for every room! I highly recommend each and every person on this team.
