John Jr came out and explained everything to me as to why our unit was acting up. I had a quote within 48 hours for a new unit and the ladies in the office have been helping me find the best option for us. Highly recommend!

Andrew is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.
He took care of our initial problem with our air-conditioning as well as throughly checking out the entire unit.
We will be calling in the fall to have our heating system checked out and serviced for winter.

The techs did a great job of removing the old equipment and setting up the new for both HVAC systems in our home and the Hot water heater.
Everything was explained very well before, during and after the installation over the 2 days of the work.
Everything is working great now.
I highly recommend this company.

Super efficient and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule appointment to have my air conditioner issues assessed. Tech was timely, kind, and took the time to explain each step of his diagnostic and repair process. Price was more than fair. Unit is working well and we look forward to using this company for our future HVAC needs. Thank you Barkley!

Jeffrey is really thorough and takes time to explain things. Barkley's came recommended by a friend in the trades and we have not been disappointed.
John Jr. also got back to me with possible resolutions for an issue we've had. No pressure to sell something, but gave us several options.
Everyone, from the office staff to the techs, are courteous, helpful, and caring. HIGHLY recommend!

The dryer vent cleaning was done in a timely and professional manner. I was very, very pleased with the service. I was contacted prior to their arrival and given an estimated time that they would be here as I said everything was timely and very professional. I would definitely recommend Barkley again.

We have been using Barkley Heating and Air since shortly after we moved in 2 1/2 years ago. The technician, Andrew, completed the visit both times. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, professional but still friendly. We were consulted before each repair and the repairs were explained. We find Barkley’s to be thorough, and their prices are more than reasonable. They were far superior to the first company that examined our air conditioning unit when we first moved in. I wanted to add that on the follow up visit, again it was professional yet friendly by Andrew. We will continue to use Barkley Heating and Air and recommend them to everyone.

Techs arrived on time - were very courteous. They checked my system thoroughly. Andrew explained what needed replacing. The bottom line, I’d recommend them based on the great service I received.
