I love the fact that they don't just sell me "stuff." They explain how to use specific products to get my pool clean & algae-free, so I don't have to spend thousands of $$$ and hours, to get it stable!
They are a great store to do business with!

Prices have dramatically increased over last 1.5 years.3" chlorine tablets 25 lb over $250, Dover pools $160. Pool shock $12.25, dover 7.99. Simply cannot afford their prices, will drive from smyrna to Dover from now on

Was excited to find out there was a sparkle pools local to me. My go to place for chlorine tabs.

Let me start the install team for my above ground pool was fine. That’s not my complaint. I want to say I had allot of patience with this company allot
I was suppose to get my pool install then covic hit.
After we got through with the process of the team telling me the pool was install last year. Finally I received a install date.
Went through the liner And wall not being correct. For about two weeks. Then no electric company coming out for another two weeks. Then the install company did not dig out far enough we failed code. No response from sparkle. So I got my kids And shovels and we go it dug out correctly.
Now. There is no flow. The pool has not pressure. On the pump.
Mind you we never got in this thing.
I been calling them and they have told m to back wash check this that and everything else. After flipping the salt machine that was installed incorrectly I just need to call them And have them come back out. I had to argue for them to get out and still they want to tell me about a service fee I just paid $18,000 for a pool not to include chemicals ladders and covers. Why would I care about a dam service fee. I want this thing working correctly so I can get in it.
At this point nothing yet. The big piece of water is like a pond in my yard with chemicals sitting at the bottom of it.
My kids are my neighbor pool for now.
Oh did I say he had a look at it too and did all that back washing And cleaning and we still had no flow.
I am happy and angry. All at the same time because I was suppose to do an inground with them at 47000 and if this is what was going to happen I would have been ?? mad.

Needed a Pool Blaster rechargeable vac immediately and they had it, with very good in store service. I looked around and this is a full fledged pool store, not just basic supplies.

I been dealing with Richard since the day the doors opened in Smyrna, he has saved me hundreds of dollars. I definitely recommend Sparkle Pools for all your pool needs
