I went there to match an existing blind and they were very helpful. Great customer service and a wide selection.
Have used the Blind Factory several times. Most recently for indoor shutters in our bedroom. Installation was clean,quick and on time. Chet installed shutters in two other bedrooms back in 2015. They still look and work great. Very good product.

Such a wonderful place to shop for any kind of window treatments... shades, roller shades, blinds and draperies. Vast selection and absolutely no high pressure selling. Denise was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Anyone who is looking for window treatments should make this their must visit store. Highly highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I had been a loyal customer for over 25years until recently a mistaken measurement was manipulated into my mistake and Iwas charged another $132dollars half the original cost.

Great little store! They are the only ones who send my blinds out to REPAIR them when the string breaks. Always polite, reasonably priced, and I don't have to throw the blinds out and get new ones (as other stores tell me to). Great selection of new window treatments too.
