This company has been doing working in my unit for some weeks now. They let themselves in without notice . Then proceeds not to speak as if they didn’t just come into your home . They come and go as they please which is fine, but they don’t communicate and leave your doors unlocked while they’re no where near the unit for at least 30-40 minutes . For whatever reason the guy who was in my unit painting decided to leave a mess in my bathroom and of course didn’t have enough respect to clean up or just give me a heads up so can take care of it myself.
I was looking to get an estimate on a property I am in the process of purchasing, I got a call back from a Dylan Morris (or Norris) and was told that they do not work on single- family residential projects. I found that interesting since there were pictures of single-family residential homes on their website. Not very friendly, took 2 weeks to get a response and not very helpful or forthcoming.

Building sucks my daughter never sleeps cause it was built so thin.
