This group was very slow to complete the work. It took 5 months to fully complete repair (sink replacement, vanity replacement, tile replacement, and drywall repair). There is poor communcation between the managers and staff that actually do the work. I had to call numerous times to get status updates on my job. I would only get a response when i contacted the main customer service line. Sometimes they would schedule a date to work and then backout at the last minute. I would not recommend.

We had an incredible experience with ATI, especially with our lead Bill Falkner. He was attentive, considerate to our family of 8's flood situation and was always very responsive to our needs. He was personally on site frequently to ensure the project moved smoothly. As this happened during Covid, ATI and Bill went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that the work was completed as promised and we are very appreciative to their guidance, professionalism and caring nature. We highly recommend utilizing Bill Falkner and the professionals at ATI.

We suffered a devastating fire to our very unique, custom house. Bill Falkner and his crew have been by our side since the start shepherding this tricky project to give us our house and our life back. Its a complex project and Bill, his assistant Ryan Kirce and the rest of our team have worked tirelessly, available pretty much 24/7 even on weekends and evenings when issues have come up. They have also understood how upsetting the process is of rebuilding from a fire so he has never been too tired to answer a question or reassure us this will all turn out. Their crew from the get go are some of the hardest working people I have ever seen-dealing with broken glass, ash etc always with a smile. It's given a new perspective to us on tireless, hard work. We are very grateful our insurance company recommended ATI. From the start we have felt Bill and co. are on our side so our custom rebuild is done right!
