This guy is very rude and racist I went with my reservation and when we are walking in to the store he recive us with what you want? And I’m not renting nothing to you. Do you know how to speak English. Because you are in America. And we are speaking both were speaking both. I’m a Christian person. And a I was asking what wrong tell me why you don’t want to rent. And he just said walk off I do not have to explain nothing. Don’t go to this place. He lies about the equipment he is not a good person to handle client .

The guy at the counter is rude for no reason, doesn’t give any proper explanations, just says he doesn’t have anything available even though it’s available online for the entire day and you can see it outside in the lot. there’s another U-Haul location 12 minutes down the road that’s 10x better. Not sure why U-Haul keeps their license with this guy.

Rude customer service. Horrible experience with the man at the counter. The store double charged me for my hold fee and the actual cost once I returned the truck. Had to call them out in it or I would have just lost my money. Plus I was charged 100.00$ "cleaning fee" because there was some dirt around the wheels. Do not use this location. You're better off literally anywhere else.

TURNED MY $50 RENTAL INTO A $350 RENTAL!!! I’ve rented a uhaul trailer here a few times because of proximity but almost every single time its a bad experience. This last time takes the cake though. I rented a trailer for a 2 day contract with the extra insurance. Our truck that was pulling the trailer broke down the morning of the return so we were unable to return ourselves. At this point we were about 20 miles away in NJ. We promptly called Uhaul and they picked the trailer up. Two or three days later we get a call from DE Equipment Rental saying our trailer was never returned. They charged me for an 8 day rental plus other miscellaneous charges so that a $50 rental has turned into $350. Long story short these guys are thieves, did nothing to help resolve the situation even though we did everything correctly, and when they went to pick the trailer up themselves from where it was, they even charged us for a toll they ran with the trailer on their truck.

The guy who worked at the front desk was very rude. Lied and said that U-Haul can only be rented by credit card which was false information. I attempted to show my email confirmation and he decided to get loud with me and would not assist me. Very disrespectful and was lucky that I was in a rush. If you need to rent stay away from this man and this company.
