Absolutely great experience! The team was very collaborative and had great suggestions on what is possible and proactively suggested improvements. Some contractors I had before just do what I asked of them even if it wasn’t the best solution long term. The owner answered all my questions and immediately responded. What I really liked is that there was always one main person working on the bathroom - working on plumbing, tiling, and painting - so I didn’t have to explain everything over and over again. They were very efficient in getting the bathroom done. Definitely will hire them again for any other jobs. Best contractor experience!

He came in on the same day and walked us through the process, offering suggestions and answering all our questions. He gave us a reasonable quote and started the job immediately. The crew was fantastic. Very respectful and efficient. They were very careful to keep the rest of our house clean while they worked on the basement. The job was done well. I sincerely cannot recommend Alvarez enough. We got in with a bad contractor who ended up being a criminal. Jose and his team SAVED us and took over the project. They did everything from framing, hanging insulation and Sheetrock, trim, painting, tiling floors and showers, installing cabinets in the laundry and kitchen, built custom shelves, and replaced all of our doors and windows. On all accounts the price was an absolute fraction of the cost we were quoted from all the other contractors we researched. Jose and his brother Teo were extremely responsive and reliable- they came every single day and got the job done without leaving for other projects in between. They were willing to work with my creative ideas and be flexible with the design. When something wasn’t done exactly how I wanted it they had no problem fixing it according to my instructions. We loved them so much that about 6 months after our home was complete we invited them back to finish the basement and again they did not disappoint. They are excellent at construction but aren’t designers so make sure you know what you want and are willing to purchase the supplies yourself- I loved this approach because it gave me total control over look and cost rather than having to choose from a certain store or partners selection. I will happily share before and after photos or act as a reference for anyone looking to use their team. Thankyou Alvarez!!
