Andy Shirlow is the best! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and really helped me pick out the best windows without exceeding my budget. Jennifer Sheets was super helpful and patient in helping us figure out exactly what would work for our windows. She took great care of us and was great to work with - we would highly recommend her! In addition, Ryan Reed who came out to take measurements was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and we are very thankful to him for all that he explained. Ryan Hartman is an excellent PELLA Representative! He was very patient with me. He listened to my wishlist and helped me to design the perfect Bay Window for my family room. Again, he was patient as I selected colors for my wood stain and hardware. Bottom line, Ryan’s professionalism helped me to choose Pella products for my home! I can’t wait to see the finished products! Thanks again Ryan !

Great experience with Pella and the windows look amazing! Jennifer was our first point of contact and she was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She was super detail oriented and always getting right back to us, so nothing ever fell through the cracks. We spoke with Mike a few times as well and he was on top of it too. The whole team, from our first contact, to installation, to questions afterwards. They all helped to make it very easy on us.

I live in a house built in 1901 with the original windows. My project manager Jennifer assured me that Pella was the right choice for my old home. The process was hassle free, with the correct measurements prior to signing. The quote process was easy and fair with multiple pieces of literature given to me to make the best decision. I want to give a special shout out to Yaroslav and his family team from Ukraine. They installed all 18 windows in one day and worked late into the night to meet their deadlines! They worked super hard and made sure I knew how to operate my new Pella windows! Thank you once again Jennifer, Yaroslav, and Anthony! I am pleased with my new purchase!

Excellent experience start to finish. Ryan was accommodating and professional during our initial consultation and communication was excellent through the process. Installation took place exactly in the time frame Ryan stated and again, the project team has excellent communication leading up to installation. The installation team was friendly, wonderful, on time, and meticulous. Loving the new windows and the improved look and feel of my home. This definitely was a great investment.

Andy Shirlow was the BEST. Couldn’t have asked for a more patient rep. I must have changed my order at least three or four time to try and make sure all the different windows my old house needed, would fit correctly. The windows arrived earlier than expected and were all the right make and size. Install was a breeze and it already makes a huge difference with our air conditioning. The new windows are so nice in every way, compared to our old one. The clarity, ease of opening, and ability to clean the outsides from inside the house. Whole experience was amazing. Thanks again Andy, will be ordering the rest of my windows from you

I purchased Pella windows for my entire house. Working with Matt was an absolute delight! He was extremely knowledgeable and made excellent window suggestions that enhanced the appearance of my house from both the outside as well as the inside! I am very impressed with the windows and their functionality, especially my extra tall French doors, which not only look fantastic but are made well (very solid)! Overall experience was terrific! The only negative was the delay in receiving several of the windows in a timely fashion, which I understand is improving! I would definitely recommend Pella windows over other competitors! Thank you, Matt, for your excellent customer service!
