Sharron is the best. Hands down! She doesn't just make my job better, she makes my life better. I know that if I'm stressing about work, the one part that will definitely go as smoothly as possible is my interaction with WC. Thank you Sharron, for always going above and beyond.
Read your contract carefully, otherwise you pay $3000+ (6 months of contract) to cancel any earlier than 5 years. Highway robbery at it's finest.
Update: Their response that they want to work with you sends you to the main call center and back to the person who gave us the ultimatum.

I can’t say enough about these men driving these big trucks, and how careful they are. I am always running walking early in the morning and dusk they always wave and try not to come close to me and my chocolate lab. They empty the garbage and the recycling without spilling any and make sure that all the cans are put back properly on our area. It’s important because we’re on a heavy traffic road, and if a can was to fall down, it could cause an accident and roll into the road,

Norma is so great to our community! Always on time, curtious and professional. There has been many day's i was late getting our trash out and Norma always makes sure we are good to go! Thanks Waste Connection for awesome employees like Norma! ?

One of our account representatives is Sharron Jimerson, she is so professional, responsive, and creative. She ensures we get the best quality service when we need it.
Our process is such that if a pickup is missed we have to shut down our operations, so daily on time pickups are absolutely business critical to us, and all of our customers.
