Remodeling is stressful! The number of combinations and all the things to consider can be dizzying. Hannah at The Tile Shop in Altamonte was so great. We really appreciated her experience and advice and patience.

Rebecca is excellant ,we have gone to 5-6 differant stores from big box to small and she is the very best with customer service . At first we thought the prices would be out of sight , not true -very fair pricing . Go see Rebecca Graves and get your project going .And again, thanks for all the help !

We worked with Stephen to choose the tiles for our main bathroom renovation. He was so helpful through the process guiding us to get started and then helping with options for the tile to complement our choices. Would definitely go back for future tile needs.

The price point is a little higher than most. However, you do get the benefit of designers and expert knowledge in the store. If you are a do-it-yourself person but struggle with design, this would be the place I would go.

This is a must see tile shop! The displays are amazing and they have a huge selection. When we toured the facility my wife and I were simply overwhelmed with the choices and thought we would never be able to put together our two bathrooms... then we met Hanna Decker, the assistant manager. Just like magic, she helped us select all of the tile for the shower, floors, decor, etc. We have rarely been so impressed with an employee anywhere. Do yourself a favor and ask for her. She knows how to design like a pro. The tile selections Hanna suggested were above and beyond our wildest dreams. We are so thrilled.

Had a great experience with picking out tile for my Main Bathroom. It took a little time to complete my project but it came out really nice.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet! I’ve been going here for three years now. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to do a remodel or just needing a lil facelift. They are so helpful and friendly. They will help with prices their selection is awesome. The show room is beautiful. Very good quality tile options as well. I love working with them and have had nothing but a great experience. I’ve done a whole home remodel and used them for almost all of my tile. I highly recommend and will return.

This is an awesome tile store. It has a very nice layout. Everyone there is so knowledgeable about tiles and design. When orderimg tiles, it usually only takes a few days. .... Very professional place to do business with.
