Had an amazing experience with Dulando. They built a sunroom addition onto my home and were very thorough and communicative when I had questions or concerns. What stood out to me was the quality of the work they've done, and especially the work that their contractors did. I am very satisfied with the end result and the care they took along the way to keep me satisfied. Thanks again!
The team at Dulando was fantastic to work with! Danny came out for our enclosure and composite roof estimate and was able to draw everything up and give us a very reasonable quote on the spot with fair payment terms and honest processing/fabrication times. Once the project was permitted the fabrication process took less time than expected and they contacted us as soon as it was ready for installation. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very organized and communicated recommendations or possible issues right away to give us an opportunity to make any changes that would be more aesthetically pleasing. Danny even came back after the inspection passed, and noticed a few items that the inspector missed and had it scheduled for us right away. I mention that, not to point out flaws, but to speak on the company's integrity as I would have not noticed such small details. I received other quotes when searching for an enclosure replacement and Dulando had the BEST client service, and just made me feel extremely confident that the project would go smoothly, and it absolutely did!!!! We are so happy with our sunroom! DuLando did a beautiful job from start to finish--from the fair price, to all of the permitting, installation and excellent customer service. Our project was small, but it did not deter Danny and his team from helping us add something beautiful to our home. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Estimates, follow-up, and project management were excellent from the very beginning through to final inspection. We were updated weekly as to the progress of the project and the finished product was excellent. When the work was complete, I hired electricians to put in an outlet and two ceiling fans. They remarked that the work was very well done and that the fan beams were clearly marked. They indicated that most companies don't mark their beams which is a problem for them, but Dulando had this problem anticipated and handled. I also have a friend who prior to retirement was a concrete contractor. He too commented on the quality of the work. The price was excellent as well. I had secured three bids for my screen room project, and I feel that I got the better screen and awning company to do the job at a price that was lower than the other bids by several thousand.

So happy with their service and the outcome of my project! I recently had acrylic windows installed in my porch, and they look better than I expected! Ted was amazing to work with. He fully addressed all my questions and concerns. He gave me options, and was so willing to work within my budget. He also kept me informed on a weekly basis about the status of my project while it was in production. Accounting staff was also great to work with when it came time for final payment. Thank you all for the great service and quality product!
