I can't say enough about the installation crew... they were polite, efficient & professional. they did a great job, considering how difficult it was to replace LARGE clear story windows. their price was reasonable and offered good financing terms.
Highly recommend them !
We had over 30 Windows and doors installed by New South in 2020 that continue to leak, fade, fog and fail causing thousands of dollars of damage. New South continues to change their story on why these issues are not covered by their warranty. The latest leak issue occurred in November 2023. Pictures attached. A service tech was here on 29 November and I have been unable to get any calls returned or information regarding the repairs required. I have called everyday for over two weeks with no calls returned. They do not seem to care about customer satisfaction, honoring warranty or servicing their product after installation. Buyer beware!
I was able to ultimately get support from their service manager Fred who very helpful. Apparently, the new south windows lifetime warranty does not extend beyond one year if you buy the home from the original homeowner. This is extremely disappointing. I did have some other windows repaired and replaced at my own expense and Fred was able to help and expedite that for me and I do appreciate that. The major leak mentioned above did require a completely new set of windows to be installed and we ultimately chose another window manufacturer due to the delays originally experienced in getting support. This was done at own significant expense.
This whole process has been very stressful but I do appreciate the help I was able to get from Fred.

We LOVE our New South Windows, and would use this company again. Our sales rep took time to answer all our questions, helped us choose the best windows for our needs, and explained each step of the process from installation to inspection.
The installation was efficient, professional and clean up was A+. The office staff was always, friendly and helpful.
Not only are our windows beautiful, but we are enjoying how much quieter our home is and our lower electric bills!!
We have recommended New South Windows to friends and family and will continue to do so.

This company by far is definitely family based. The 3 guys Curt Sr. Curt Jr and Chance came out to do my 6 windows, absolutely the nicest 3 guys around. So professional and caring. They worked so hard on my home replacing the wood in every window. They didn't stop till the job was done. So meticulous in detail. I would recommend New South Windows very highly.

New South Window Solutions of Altamonte Springs finished my window installation a few hours ago and it was a very smooth process from start to finish. Installers Chris and Mike were very efficient and they cleaned up every scrap before they left. The windows are definitely a solidly built product, hurricane-rated and innovative in many ways. Sales rep Michael Presco won us over with his thorough presentation and knowledge. He told us the process from sale to install would be 8-12 weeks and it ended up being just 7 weeks. We are very happy we shopped around. These guys have it together, definitely a 5-star operation.

My experience with New South Windows of Altamonte Springs was excellent. It's a small office building that had the same windows in it since 1969. The first person we met was Brad Beshears, and he made a great first impression and answered all our questions about why NSW was different. Being in Florida, we liked that the windows were manufactured right here and made especially for our climate. We did get some other quotes - but for the quality and price, NSW stood out as the best. I believe our installer was Louis - he and his partner were careful and detail minded with their work. Also answered any and all questions during the process. They left the area clean and the inspector had no issues with any of it. We LOVE our new windows!

I cannot say enough good things about New South Windows. The customer service is exceptional. The Salesperson was punctual and professional. He was very thorough with his explanation of the windows themselves to the order process to the installation process. The crew that came out to install the windows were very respectful to my home and furnishings. They were friendly and made us feel at ease. We also had a visit a with the Marketing Director who also very knowledgeable and was able to correct easily the small issues we ran into. I would whole heartedly recommend New South Windows.

Are you looking for a great experience, and excellence in craftsmanship for new/replacement windows? Contact NewSouth Window Solutions @ Orlando. We replaced (24) windows & (2) exterior doors in 3.5 days. Several members of my family are contractors, I was amazed of the skill and care that my installation team from NewSouth performed. Aaron Pratt & Ravi Tikaram did a phenomenal job, they should be recognized for a job well done. Lastly, when the inspector came out he had also mentioned the attention to detail on the doors and windows. I did my research, and I'm glad that I selected NewSouth Windows.
