My wife and I decided on going with these people about 2 years ago . So unfortunately we have had to deal with them over this time period . They have had workmanship issue quality issues an timely issues . We have argued these issues with Ricky and have got no where . I also have sent certified letters and left voice mails for him to make contact and he hasn't reached out . I have a circle motion scaring around all the edges of my granite . I have went as far as contacting other granite companies to see if anyone could fix it and all three companies have said the same that it can not be fixed. I all I want is to be made whole again . PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING . Photos to come

The granite we picked out looks great. However this place is not looking for life customers. We placed 60% down to hold the slabs of granite. They installed it on a Wednesday and on Thursday there receptionist called demanding payment. I told her my husband would either call her back that day or the next and pay the balance due. On Friday morning the owner of the company decided to walk into our family business and demand to see my husband. My husband was on an appointment so he wasn’t there. He then preceded to tell our receptionist that if we didn’t pay by Monday he was going to drive to Bartow and put a lean on our house. And according to her he was extremely rude. Keep in mind it had been less than 36 hours since they installed. Needless to say we payed by noon that Friday. Also I want to point out they never emailed or gave me a bill with the remaining balance on it or even asked how we liked the job they did. We always try to support our local businesses but every once in a while we run in to people who truly don’t care about there customers and this was another example of one. If you want your business to be successful always be and kind and treat your customer with the upmost respect especially if you want them to return or give you referrals.
