Hired to fix our hot water heater and troubleshoot a circuit in our rental. They “troubleshot” the heater and made excuses not to look at the circuit inside. They never fixed anything. They sent the invoice to our rental and said we are lucky they aren’t charging late fees( for what I say) doing nothing.

These are the guys you need to call!! They will answer the phone concerned about your issue, they were at my house 2 hours after I called them to get a "quick fix" going because parts needed to be ordered.
