He took my order, confirmed the measurements & explained the process. He called me when my order was complete & the order was done to perfection. If you need anything glass. I called Belleview Glass & Mirror to see about replacing some cracked window panes instead of having to replace the windows frame and all, they were able to use the rough measurements provided over the phone and obtain me a quote promptly and called to schedule the window pane replacements for 3 windows and saved me hundreds of dollars. They were super friendly, affordable and the workmanship was incredible! I highly recommend them to anyone with a cracked or broken window.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would give them a minus. This was the MOST unprofessional service I have every had. The owner was shockingly rude. He acts angry at you that he has to be bothered with your business! Like he's doing you a favor and its putting him out to do it. Because they are the only place I could find that would come to Ocala to do single pane glass replacement I had no choice and kept my mouth shut until the glass was replaced. On the phone before the appointment he was extremely rude and accused me of lying about what I had been told by him or his employee. When he showed up he was again outright rude. I mean so rude it literally took me aback! He has no people skills, no communication skills, no concept of customer service, and I can not imagine if there was anyone to compete with him he would have any customers. When he got ready to leave he asked me for a check or cash, neither of which I had and had no idea they would expect that... who does not take debit/credit cards in this day or time? Read the other reviews... this is his MO. This is the way he operates, bad reviews are not uncommon and the story is the same from everyone. The only common denominator in all these bad reviews is him. I strongly encourage you to find another option if it is at all possible. Good luck...
