A total nightmare. Their office staff is compleatly incompetent. They do no follow up with the insurance company. The Check to repair my subfloor in my home sat on their desk for 3 weeks, and boy, their process of getting paid is ( let put the check in the mail 6 times, instead of gettung POAS like most people do in situations like this. My daughter had a bone graft surgery and now has to walk around the holes in our home because 10 months later, i still am deaaling with these people
