Ken Shriberg from The Adjusters Group went above and beyond in helping us with an insurance claim for a mold problem in our house. Although we ultimately determined that our claim would not be covered by our insurance company (due to construction defects that were outside of our coverage), Ken spent many hours studying our situation, helping us through the process, making suggestions, and connecting us with experts to help us. Ken really took the time, and more importantly, really cared about our situation even though he ended up not earning money from our case. I would HIGHLY recommend Ken to anyone facing down an insurance company, and he’ll be first of the list to call if we ever have to file a claim in the future. Thanks Ken!
