I highly recommend Boca Impact Window and Door! Excellent customer service from everyone and Matt was always available to answer all my questions. The crew was amazing and completely in sync. They were super friendly and respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. I couldn't be more happy with my windows and especially my new front door and the glass block they replaced in my dining room.
Replaced all my windows and a couple of doors. Boca Impact did a great job. Due to my job, I am detail oriented. After the install I couldn't find anything to complain about. They are very transparent and great at communicating with the client. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

I qualified for the Florida My Safe Homes Grant. After reviewing the list of contractors permitted to work with this grant, I decided to go with Boca Impact Glass and Windows. I have been extremely impressed with this company. I highly recommend them and will hire them again.
Joe, my salesman, was thorough, knowledgeable, prompt and congenial. He was very easy to get into touch with. Jodi, the office assistant,, answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through the forms that I needed to complete for the city of Wellington and the state program. She even helped expedite the rebate program offered by the window and door company. The crew was on time, polite, diligent, neat and friendly. John was here at inspection time to greet the Wellington Inspector. He also discussed the permit paperwork needed for the state and insurance company.
This company is a model for which all Florida companies should aspire.

I just wanted to pay a compliment to your team and in particular to Johnny Smith. He was hard-working, professional and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable giving him the codes to our two units.
He is the ideal post installation employee. He cleaned all the windows of the stickers and even saw that our impact front door was a little crooked and tried to repair it. The final inspection was flawless.
That was exemplary behavior in an employee going above what was required for the job.

These guys are great! Everyone from the person helping us with our contract and quote to the installers was friendly and professional. And I’m not just saying that bc they loved on my dog, which is the quickest way to make me love you :) (but they were super sweet with our nosey English Bulldog)
A great experience all around. We are super happy the way our new front door and sliding glass doors and windows turned out and highly recommend them.

Good afternoon, Gretchen, to reiterate, I am overall unhappy with the quality of the work done with the install. Such as the following instances: during my install the fitment of the screens were not exact so being left with the wrong fitment in which the screen was unable to close without force, I was told by Johnny on 07/26, who pointed out the issues with the door, that the owner would be stop by the next day to fix the issue. Over two months pass by without any form of communication from your company regarding the follow up and correction of this issue. Then, suddenly, you reach out on 9/23 saying that you’ve received my correct sliding glass door and would like to come and install it the same day and to collect my final balance. As I was currently out of town and not expecting this, the soonest I would be back would be on 10/03 and requested to be accommodated during the hours of either 7-8am or 5-6pm as I didn’t trust leaving a representative of your business on my property without me being there due to the previous issues. To which I was reminded what your business hours are and that you would not be able to accommodate those hours for me. On top of this reminder via text, to collect my final balance I was also reminded THREE times via email over a period of 5 days all with the same people included on the email. What is the point of reminding me FOUR times that my final balance is due, especially since I already made two separate bulk cash payments without as many reminders? To recap I was reminded on 09/23, 09/26, 09/27 and 09/30 to have my final payment ready for Johnny when he came out to fix the door that did not originally fit. I thought that these repeated reminders were unprofessional. Additionally, I requested and was promised that photos would be taken and shared with me of the space in-between the walls when my pre-existing windows were removed from my Florida room and prior to the install of the new windows. I was told by you that Mike had the pictures and would be sending them as soon as he has a free moment. It’s been almost four months and I still haven’t received them, as I was promised. Another issue, as you are aware, was after I inspected the progress of the install after day 1 I noticed one of my landscape sprinklers that sits above ground close to my front windows was broken. I was advised to mention this to Mike. When I did, I was greeted with -my guys would never do that, if they did, they would have told me-. Whether your guys did that or not, the likelihood is pretty good that they did as it wasn’t broken the day before and to be greeted with that response was surprising. Finally, please refer to the attached pictures of concern I had after the install. The first picture shows the screw missing the framing, the second picture shows the door being off level, which can lead to water spots, the third shows lack of caulking around the newly installed door, which can lead to water intrusion, and the last picture shows weather stripping on the bottom is bent.

Boca Impact Windows & Doors just installed 12 second floor windows & one front door at our home. They did an excellent job! Their guys are polite, respectful, hardworking & know what they are doing. Covered everything in plastic & cleaned up after themselves. All done in 2 days. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this Company. Not only great work but fair price as well! (Stickers still on windows as we are waiting for Inspection).
UPDATE: Our windows passed Inspection by the City with flying colors!! Stickers are off & the windows look fab!! We are very pleased with them

I highly recommend Boca Impact and Doors! From the original estimate, quote and review with us, to the installation and organization of payments, the team truly went above and beyond. We got estimates from several companies and were warned of anyone that needed several hours of our time to get a quote… it’s all a sales ploy to pressure you into signing same day. Not with Boca Impact - Heath came out, explained what he recommended and let us explore our options. He provided several different estimates, all of which were much more inline with our budget. The team that came on install day were incredibly kind and professional. They knew exactly where to start, what to do. 10 windows and replacements of French doors where sliders used to be were all completed in less than 7 hours. They covered all of our personal belongings and vacuumed and mopped twice before they left! I highly recommend. Don’t look any further.
