I’ve been using 24/7 for almost 5 years and they have always provided great service. They are easy to schedule via text and always respond quickly. They work around my schedule and they always do a great job. One particular time I was away and didn’t realize my building had turned off the water for some work being done in another apartment unit below mine. The 24/7 crew worked around that! They found water at the outdoor hose connection and carried up to my apartment so they could still complete my cleaning! Top notch service.

24/7 Perfect Cleaning

They came on 12/22/19, 3 maids, none spoke English. They didn’t clean the toilets well and I had to call the company for translating. They went back and cleaned the toilets. I didn’t notice at the time the bathtubs weren’t clean. 2nd part of the 1 star is because when leaving they ran into my car and pushed the car into my garage door. Resulting in $5k damage, this business is taking no responsibility for this damage and even lied to their insurance company about what happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

What a lovely group of people who came to my home. Extremely punctual, so very very sweet and kind. I am over the top happy with my results. Mo the supervisor is so wonderful to deal with. She even checks on the job before they are completed. Highly recommended the 3 cleaners that came!
