If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! The owner, Josh, clearly understands the meaning of the word customer service. His entire company also understands it as well. All the office staff is such a pleasure to work with. They communicate in a friendly and timely manner, keep us in the loop every step of the way with clear expectations, and accommodated my occasional unannounced drop in to sign an agreement. Anita and Darla have been my problem solvers!
Now on to the actual work...Joaquin, Reynaldo, and Marcus were absolutely fantastic to have doing the new front door and shutter installs! They were pleasant to work with, respectful of all my landscaping, and cleaned up beautifully! The front door was particularly difficult due to the rough opening (a 40 year old house...no surprise). They made sure the door was in for the night knowing they had to come back the next day to finish the work. That cost them some time, but they were careful to make sure the install was done right, not just fast!
This company was a pleasure to work with and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Our experience with Armored Dade was just fantastic! We hired them to upgrade all our windows, patio and garage door to be high-impact wind resistant. Josh came out and provided recommendations for each opening regarding the layout, color and the type of replacement. His suggestions ended up being great and the house is now not only secure, but looks amazing inside and out! Everything is of such a high quality. The installers were very professional, did a wonderful job, and took such good care of our home. We would not hesitate in strongly recommending this customer oriented company!!!

We hired Armored Dade to install 13 hurricane impact windows and 5 hurricane impact doors on our house. We were extremely impressed on the level of professionalism exhibited by the entire staff throughout the process. The installation went terrific and it was followed up with a high level of detail on the final fit and finish! I couldn’t ask to have had a better experience. I chose Armored Dade because of their reputation and they certainly lived up to it on all accounts.

I worked with Armored Dade after enrolling in the My Safe Florida Home program, which allows Florida residents to get reimbursed for strengthening their homes against hurricanes. I got two new impact doors installed, and everything was great overall. I had a bit of a problem with one of the doors closing properly at first, but they sent someone right out to fix it. And they are REALLY responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed a document for the reimbursement, they got back to me right away. Highly recommended!

We contacted Armored-Dade Windows a few months ago after reviewing a grant opportunity offered through the State of Florida to install structural upgrades as an enhancement to our home, for hurricane protection. Our research suggested Armored-Dade was a company to be considered. We looked no further. We contracted an install for protective shutters on our home. Their sales support, office coordinators, install crew, warranty department , and owner lived up to our expectations without reservations. They were competent and the process was seamless. We felt no need to shop them. Our installation was completed in June,’24. Overall, the install was well done; not without minor needed adjustments, but they were addressed and correct expediently and painlessly. Needed adjustments is not uncommon:Handling them properly is the key and they were excellent. We endorse this company without reservation.
