Hi, I was recommended All American Pool services by a neighbor. My story is that I moved to NY, but had another pool company servicing my pool. I was gone for quite a while, to later find out from a friend the pool company I used closed and hadn't serviced it in months!!! The pool was horrendous, I couldn't get it fixed with any pinch and penny kits. And was pretty sure swamp thing had moved into it. At this point I was certain I'd have to empty and resurface. All American was my last shot, and I'm so grateful that I made the call. They had it up and running, clear as glass in less than a month. I can assure you this was no easy feat. I would highly recommend their services!

Had another company come out and after they charged a $135 service fee I was quoted prices for repair and upgrade ranging from $3,100 to $16,000. I was told my pump that was 7 months out of warranty needed to be replaced. I gave a second call to All American Pool Service and they said my pump motor still sounded good and all in for service call and repair I paid $198. It is so nice that there are good honest repair services out there that are not just looking to upsell you on things you don't need or want. This is now my permanent new pool service company moving forward. You have a loyal customer in me!

They answered my voicemail quick. They showed up in the rain! Told me what was wrong (pool heater was leaking, super old and couldn't be fixed). They disconnected it, tested my pool, gave me advice on chemicals. Super awesome! I wish all businesses operated with this type of customer service!
