Excellent service with Dylan. Super helpful and knowledgeable. He even called the office to check about our business when we had questions. We use global for all of our pest control needs and if there's any issues they are always willing to come out.
The service techs are good but that doesn't make up for their poor accounting & bookkeeping. I get calls every month saying I have a balance that is overdue. When I ask if they are receiving my monthly payments I'm told yes but I still have a balance due. I've go so far as to pay whatever I'm told is still owed just to have get another collections call the following month. What's even more irritating than their poor accounting is the rudeness of the office personal talking to me like I'm trying to avoid paying them. I pay what's owed every month but it's getting ridiculous to constantly receive calls like this and then later find out it was an accounting error on their end:(

This team is great. Michelle is always on top of scheduling, making it most convenient for the customer. Steve and Dylan are the best techs. They are courteous, prompt and very respectful of my property. If something comes up between treatments, they send someone out right away. I have used Global for over 9 years.

This is the best company for a beautiful lawn! You might pay a little more than the others but you get what you pay for plus some. Justin is very polite and knowledgeable. We appreciate him and Global.

We have been using global for years! The technician, Brandon always listens to my concerns. He’s very courteous, respectful and knows his job very well. Our lawn looks amazing because of global.

Great experience.
I called initially for fruit flies. He told me how to get rid of them and didn’t bill a service fee. Because Of their honesty, integrity, and field knowledge, I was happy to sign up for regular service. Today was our second visit and the same excellent service.

Caleb was very polite and friendly. He also answered all my questions. I was also very impressed on how he put down the chemicals for our lawn. He was very precise and accurate. Not sloppy like our previous company. Would highly recommend. He also took pictures of our lawn
