New to Cape Coral area so I called three marine contractors. Needed captains walk u shaped boat dock with 16 k lift. Anchorage / Brandon/Willy were by far the best to deal with. Always called checked up nice design choice was easy. Dock and lift were started and done as promised. I would highly recommend them. Great local company who believe in doing what they say. Finished product was A plus at a competitive price
Group of 3 guys came over and quickly and methodically placed the 2 pilings I lost during Ian, they then built the necessary framework and added the nice top composite decking...looks great!
They then hauled away the old scrap wood from the previous dock.
The original quote said new ladder and they honored that and added the new ladder.

We couldn’t be more happy with our new dock. Our previous one was destroyed by hurricane Ian and Anchorage Marine really came though with a gorgeous high quality dock. It’s very stunning. They were very easy to work with, completed our dock ahead of schedule, and left the work area very clean. Highly recommended. Posting a picture of our finished dock!

Hired Anchorage to do a new dock with seawall install at my lot after damage from the hurricane. They did an amazing job and were very easy to work with. Reasonably priced and professional!

We used Anchorage Marine Contracting to build our dock in Cape Coral, Florida. Brandon (one of the owners) is the BEST!! He took his time customizing the dock layout to give us exactly what we wanted. Willie in the office was super responsive and always made sure my questions were answered. Anchorage took care of everything form permitting, construction, inspections and orientation - the whole process was just so easy! The crew that performed the work showed up on time everyday and are true craftsman as their experience shows in their work. I appreciate Anchorage's approach of not over selling us on add-on items that we wouldn't need. In planning for our dock project we interview two other well known local companies and I have absolutely no regrets with Anchorage Marine Contracting. I am so happy with our dock I've told Brandon that he is welcome to show it of to any future potential client as it is truly a work-of-art on the water!!! Thank you!!!

I got quotes from 4 local dock companies and I went and looked at the construction and quality of two of the,them. I wasn't price shopping, I was looking for quality construction and attention to detail. Anchorage (Brandon) gave me 3 docks they had recently built to look at it. The build quality was the deciding factor for me. Anchorage uses Boat Lift US boat lifts which was also my preference for Boat Lift manufacturers. It is the most American Made Boat lift left in production and uses Leeson Motors built right in Wisconsin and includes Aluminum Lift bunks. Dock builders building their own lifts were using chinese motors. As you can see from the photos they don't cut corners on stringers. The decking product Weardeck is made in Ocala and claims can be supported on 24" centers. Anchorage doesn't push those limits staying with spacing nearer to 16" on center for a dock that feels solid when walked on. Brandon and Willy at Anchorage were very helpful and patient through several iterations of the dock layout and design. The dock is fully supported by pilings. They do not attach blocks to the seawall. I have a deck boat now. The stringers are laid out to have an option to cut out for a longer V-Hull boat. The whole crew is friendly and professional and picked up every day. I would, and already have, recommended them to anyone looking for a quality dock. Anchorage Marine Contracting installed my dock in July 2019. Brandon and his crew did a fantastic job. Craftsmanship and quality are second to none. Of the four quotes that I received, Brandon was the only one to suggest additional designs of which were better than what I proposed. Also suggested and used innovative products such as new “barefoot” composite decking which allows for bare feet during the hot summer days in Florida. All of this and the best pricing equals a win-win situation. I will strongly suggest to my family and friends to use Anchorage Marine Contracting in the future.
