Very professional crew, very nice design and execution. I gave them a little leeway in the design and am very happy with the results. No issues, no problems. Now we have the resort style dock with tiki we always wanted.

We love our dock addition and kayak launch that Rusnell Marine did for us and would highly recommend them to everyone! We had gotten several quotes from different dock builders, but their rep (Houston), cinched the deal. The other rep from another company, couldn't even bother to come out and discuss our specific needs - we wanted feedback as to placement, etc, since this was an addition and not a total new build. From the piling crew (didn't get their names) to the framing crew (Lou, Wil and Angel) - were phenomenal. You could tell they cared about their work. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up the site when finished. There were definitely a few issues/glitches with the finished dock, but Bob (the owner) came out and made some suggestions and we were quite pleased in the end. The office staff (Megan and Mellisa) - were very friendly and helpful as well. Kudos to all.

I have had multiple docks installed over the past 30 years as a Florida resident, two at my current residence, and this installation is the best ever. The entire process with your company was excellent. From my initial meeting with Bob, and always open communications with Megan and Melissa in the office, I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to address any of my concerns. The crew responsible for the pilings were also great. They knew their jobs and set the pilings quickly and accurately. I especially want to thank the framing crew, Bubba, Mikey, and Justin. They did an excellent job, paying attention to all details and made sure to provide me with a premium product. We are very pleased, having experienced other dock installs, with this one, and will only consider Rusnell Marine in the future. Thanks again.

We talked to several people about who they recommended for installing our dock. Of those 2 names kept coming up. Rusnell Marine was one of the two that everyone recommended. We received quotes from both companies and decided to go with Rusnell, not because of price, but because of some slight differences in the quality, and also their follow-up. We had our dock built this past week and we could not be more pleased with the finished result. From the beginning working with Megan in the office answering all our questions, and making adjustments to our plans to the crew that pounding the pilings and the finish crew that built the frame and installed the deck. Every person on their team was very positive to work with, answered all our questions, did very professional work and delivered amazing results. We highly recommend this company and their team.
