We just had our Dock and Lift installed by Tropical Marine Cape Coral. I could not be more pleased. Not only was I pleased with their work they were ahead of schedule. I moved here in July 2022 and my dock was finished Sept 14th 2022. I wasn't expecting to have my dock started until Oct/Nov/Dec time frame so imagine my surprise when they started in August. Great group of guys and Lisa was great as well. Shout out to Kevin and Jarid for doing the finishing touches. They worked their tails off to get it done and done right. All my canal neighbors have Dock envy. Beautiful work and very professional crew. Thank you so much for the work you did. I would recommend Tropical to everyone.

an amazing job, I could not be more pleased with our new dock. The staff at tropical were prompt, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. the office staff Debbie and Lisa were extremely professional and often stopped by to check on the progress of the ensuring everything was shipshape. I would like to personally thank the team who came by to build the dock as it truly is amazing, and was completed in a timely manner. I had spoke with them on many occasions and they walked me through overstep of the process. thank you Justin, Zach, Jared, Kyle, and bill for creating a truly unique and amazing space for my home .

We obtained several estimates and although pricing was not significantly different we were impressed with the responsiveness of John and Debbie and signed the contract. We purchased this home earlier this year and watched Tropical's competitors install pilings a few houses down the canal from us. The competitors pilings were installed approximately 2 months before we contracted with John and Debbie. Our dock was completed before our neighbors. Our Crew of Zack, Bill , Kyle, Jared, Justin and Sean were all excellent. They were at our home every day on time and worked throughout the day, something we find to be a rarity in Cape Coral. They always explained what they were doing and always insisted that, whatever the days project, that it was competed correctly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is seeking a professional job at a very reasonable price. If you need a new dock or work on your current dock don't waste your time on bids from competitors like we did. Just call Tropical Marine and save yourself a lot of time

We selected Tropical Marine Construction after entertaining four different contractor quotes for our dock renovation project. John and Debbie were very responsive throughout the project and provided good ideas and options for the final design. The construction crew was seasoned and knew how to resolve issues that surfaced during the project execution. The quality of the work was excellent and tropical coordinated with the electrical contractor to complete the job on time. The pricing was good and they were reasonable when we added work to update the dock fenders and other features. We would recommend Topical Marine to friends and family and would use them again ourselves.
