After Hurricane Ian, My dad's insurance company's adjuster missed some damage and lowballed the damage amount. After contacting the insurance company about the check they sent, which was half the amount of what their adjuster appraised. I got in touch with All Claims USA. Mark and Lori were the utmost professionals. Mark went to my dad's house, thoroughly documented all the damage, and found what their insurance adjuster missed. Also, their adjuster greatly undervalued the damage. Lori walked us through the process and kept us up to date. The honesty and accuracy of information Lori and Mark provided helped us settle with the insurance company for close to double the amount of what my dad's insurance company's original offer was. Lori and Mark kept fighting to get our claim resolved. Although it was an uphill battle and we had to settle for much less than we should have gotten. Lori kept me updated throughout the entire time. She kept me sane many days!!

First let me say I hate writing reviews and rarely do. But, in this case, I am compelled to let anyone searching for the services of a public adjuster know that the team of Mark and Lori at All Claims USA is stellar. Mark knows his stuff when evaluating the damage your property has sustained and providing complete and accurate estimates of what it will take to make restore it. Lori is the Erin Brokovich of public adjusters and she will leave no stone unturned in reviewing your insurance claim as it applies to your policy. She is tenacious in challenging the insurance companies when she uncovers inaccuracies and bad faith practices and will tirelessly pursue the best possible outcome for her clients. Making the decision to hire a public adjuster is stressful when faced with conflicting information concerning the advisability of taking that step. But I can unequivocally say I would not have been able to resolve my claim without the excellent representation of All Claims USA and I gladly recommend their services to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation. If I could award 10 stars I would as they have helped me save my home and my sanity.
