Outstanding Service and Dedication from Deep South Glass
I am writing to express our sincere gratitude and admiration for the exceptional service provided by Eddie and David from Deep South Glass while doing work in our home.
We initially contacted Deep South Glass for window servicing and balance replacements on our older windows in May of 2023. Eddie and David demonstrated an unparalleled level of dedication and expertise throughout the entire process. Despite the challenges posed by the scarcity of parts and the slow production and shipping due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19, Eddie and his team navigated these obstacles with professionalism and perseverance.
Upon scheduling the installation date, a mix-up with the parts occurred. Rather than simply correcting the mistake, Eddie took it upon himself to rectify the situation. He promptly reordered the correct parts, keeping us informed about the process every step of the way. Despite the unforeseen delay, Eddie consistently accommodated our schedule and ensured the job was completed promptly once the correct parts were available.
During the installation, Eddie's commitment to excellence truly stood out. Not only did he install the balances with precision, but he went above and beyond by lubricating every window and door and meticulously cleaned all the tracks. This level of attention to detail exceeded our expectations and showcased the pride Eddie takes in his work.
What truly sets Deep South Glass apart is the exceptional customer service we experienced. Eddie took full responsibility for the inconvenience caused by the parts mix-up and, to our surprise, waived the fee for the trouble we faced. This level of accountability and dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and greatly appreciated.
Throughout the entire process, the communication from Deep South Glass was outstanding. Sherry, the contact person who facilitated the emails, played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and transparent exchange of information. Her responsiveness and efficiency contributed significantly to our positive experience.

Small locally owned residential and commercial glass company in chipley Florida. Cares about their customers and are fairly priced. Knowledgeable staff and technicians. The owner is very friendly and has over 20 years experience. They offer mirrors, shower enclosures, patio door services, insulated and single pane glass replacement, seamless gutters, screen services and several other options. I highly recommend them.

Called them up, and they came out and fixed my two doors. Great pricing, great work, definitely will use again when needed. Thanks deep south glass!!!

We can't say enough about Deep South Glass. To say they go above and beyond for their customers is an understatement. Due to Covid and the shortage of workers these days, the owner of the company came with a few employees to replace a broken window in our home as well as replace glass in a curio cabinet. It's not very often you get such professionalism, attention to detail, and workers so willing to make sure the area is cleaned up and no marks are left on the glass. If you're looking to have glass installed or replaced you will not be disappointed by Deep South Glass, LLC.

Just had a home window repair done at the house. The technician Eddie was great. He was well mannered, cleaned up and very efficient. Highly recommend
