Deck Docks LLC did a fantastic job on our brand new dock! Originally we had a difficult time finding a reputable contractor to undertake our project. Most never returned our calls or emails. Maybe that was because our project was relatively small compared to others. Whatever the case, Deck Docks LLC promptly returned our call and scheduled a visit with us that same week!
Tim helped us come up with a good design and worked with an engineer to draw up the plans. After approving the plans, Deck Docks and a partner agency helped us through the rigorous process of applying for the necessary permits. Once permits were secured, construction took about five days. Working from home, I had the privilege to oversee the process.
Tim and his team always showed up on time and were good communicating their progress and next steps. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship is top notch and that shows in our dock. All comments about our dock have been very favorable (including the inspectors who showed up to inspect and approve the work). It’s solid, well built, and very nice to look at. We’re enjoying it very much. I would not hesitate to use Deck Docks LLC with any future projects.
Tim and the Deck Docs team just replaced an existing deck that had fallen into disrepair. The Deck Docs team developed a new design that provided better site lines to our backyard, updated access to include ADA requirements, more durable materials, and an overall "look" that better fits with our clubhouse. The deconstructions process was very smooth and left no residual materials or trash while the construction process was done without hand-holding or issues. Tim was incredible with his communication. I had regular updates throughout the process and always knew when things would be complete. He handled all our permits with the county and never once was there a problem that required input. All punch list items were complted quickly and the final product was perfect! Not to mention the price was great too! Highly recommend Tim and Deck Docs.

They showed up on time for their estimate and for doing the actual work. The underneath support beams were too far gone, so they had to rebuild the entire deck. Any delays were caused by rain and waiting on extra materials. The new Trex deck is much sturdier than original and blends in with the landscaping. Would highly recommend Deck Docks.

Tim and his team was fantastic, after the hurricane my deck had some extensive damage to it. Tim responded to my email right away and came to my property to evaluate the damage, The damage was too much to fix and we needed to replace the deck, he worked with my insurance company to help get the deck covered. Once approved Deck-Docks got working on the project and kept me in the loop during the whole process from the blueprints of the new deck, to the permitting for this project. Once the deck was completed I could not be any happier with the results. The deck looks amazing and it’s built very well! Tim and his team did such an great job, I would recommend his company anytime anyone needs a deck. Thank you again for getting my deck done!!

I don't even know where to start in describing how wonderful this company is! I originally hired another contractor to rebuild a large deck. After I had paid them and experienced almost 4 months of no shows, subpar work and damaged property, I had enough and thankfully, a friend recommended that I call Tim. Tim and his team swooped in to save the day, even spending additional time correcting a good amount of work done by the previous company. His team was friendly, on time, professional and they did an amazing job finishing my project. I wish I had known about them prior to hiring the other company but will definitely be recommending them to friends and neighbors!

I had Tim replace warped boards that weren't properly supported. He did an awesome job! I also had him add two Jet Ski Lifts. He was prompt and very detail oriented! Thanks Tim!
