As we prepare for our new dock, visited the Clearwater showroom today (1-13-2021) and cannot say enough about how helpful Michelle Day was. She was busy preparing for a boat show, but took time to answer all my questions and show me samples of materials and lights we are planning to use. I had a complaint about a employee working at another location and I did get an email but the email address did not exist and nothing ever happened to that employee.She got away with the unprofessional manner that she spoke to me,they are very unprofessional and was told they do not have control over what there employees do or say.
