Great Service, on the phone and in person. I called in and they answered (a human being!!) within moments and gave me great service. Then Taco and Jose are amazing for garbage men. Nice, courteous and friendly.

I had Waste Connections trash service for over 15 years and the same driver/crew for just about the entire time as well. I always gave a generous tip to the crew during the Christmas and Summer seasons and service was good. Then my bill started being raised and I had added fees that were sporadic and not consistent. Good luck trying to call these people and getting someone to answer or return a phone call, customer service was horrible. Fast forward to earlier this year when I received a bill that was considerably higher than normal. Now, to be fair, I understand that the cost of doing business has risen lately, due to inflation and other factors, I get it, but when there are several other companies charging 1/3 the cost, it got my attention. I called customer service and actually spoke with someone and let me tell you, she could’ve cared less. The interaction was so horrible I closed my account on the spot, she didn’t try to retain me as a customer, offer a discount, nothing! I guess they don’t need my business so I decided to go elsewhere and am now paying 1/3 what I was paying with Waste Connections. Once I made the switch, 4 of my neighbors did too. The comical part in all this, was about 3 months later I received a letter in the mail from them offering to match my current rate if I switched back, lol. If they did that from the beginning, I’d still be their customer. I feel bad for the guys on the truck, management is screwing them!

Most days my garbage gets picked up but they have missed in a few times and it’s very aggravating. I Don’t know if I’ll keep the service or not every time I contact them they say they’ll be out by the end of the day and never show up and then I have to wait and let my garbage sit out there Kind of over have to call tomorrow and see what’s gonna happen I see about five or six different trucks coming down my street so there’s plenty of other services to go with. I don’t know why this company can’t get it together. but I will say the driver has always been nothing but nice

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I have been with them for years. I had an issue and guess what they actually picked up the phone and there was someone locally providing Customer service. It was a good experience with the customer service representative. Then a few weeks later I filled up all my garbage cans with cut branches and had a bunch more on the ground. I figured that I would have to refill the cans after the garbagemen came. I walked out and they even took the ones on the ground. Honestly this just made my day.

We have had Waste Connections for a very long time! Our service man Hilton is so thorough and always goes above and beyond to make sure NOTHING is left behind. I love the fact that they still get out of their truck, empty the bins, then pull a broom or rake off the back of the truck to clean up if needed. Customer service is also very helpful and patient, Thank you Brittany.

Really appreciate the driver and the rider/guy in the back. They are very friendly. And one of the back guys will regularly give the empty cans an extra push so they’re off of the street and not as likely to fall into the street before we can get them all the way to the house. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness.
