If I could recommend any plumbing company, it would be Apex. I highly recommend calling Apex to assess your situation before any other plumber. Jimmy and Vinny were extremely professional, competent and overall great gentlemen. I was having kitchen drain issues and I made the dumb mistake of calling three other companies (two of them being big corporate names) before giving Apex a call.
The three other companies offered expensive solutions such replace piping which didn't need replacing and adding a unnecessary pump, didn't accurately diagnose my issue and gave me the run around for weeks leaving me without a kitchen sink. With the other three companies, it was one thing after another and the prices kept on going up. Once I called Apex for a free estimate, Jimmy and Vinny came over the same day, accurately diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink and gave me a solution that didn't involve busting up my flooring and replacing my drain pipes. I felt a huge weight off my shoulders after calling Apex that day and now I can use my kitchen sink!
The pricing for Apex was better than the other companies as well in terms of hydrojetting. However, the money I spent was well worth it with Apex, I wish would have called sooner. I could have saved a lot more money, time and avoided a lot of stress. If I could rate Apex beyond 5 stars, I would. Thank you!
I am hoping the third time is a charm. I have to type with one hand. I have lived in my house since the beginning of 2018 an have hired two other plumbing companies. Over the years I have had two different companies in for plumbing issues. Not impressed with those two well known companies. I found Apex and all I can say is what a difference. I called and they scheduled me the next day. I have to say what a great company. They came saw, and explained everything as to what was needed, as well as what I knew I needed. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The next day, the gentleman showed up early and took care of my issues very fast. He was so very nice, and pleasant. Being an older, disabled person, living alone, he was nice enough to converse with me, which I really, appreciate as he was working. I would more than recommend Apex. They are top notch A+ . I will be back

I called Apex with a leaky washer valve. They were at my house within two hours. The Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did excellent work at a reasonable price.

Apex Plumbing was hired to replace an Orangeburg line. Brian and Troy were great to work with and did an outstanding job!!! I received periodic updates from them, the job site was kept clean and free of debris, and when they had finished they gave me a call and explained what would happen next. Great guys and they made this tough job look easy. I would highly recommend Apex and specifically would recommend Brian and Troy.

Austin from Apex was great. I had a kitchen sink drain line backing up. He came out and accessed the problem, explained my options and ultimately fixed the issue with the quickest and least expensive option. He was very polite, always asking if I had any questions and cleaned up when he was done. Professional all the way.

Apex Plumbing truly deserves to be recognized as the Plumbing Company of the Year. When I reached out to Apex because of a severe issue with my rental property's toilets flooding, I was impressed from the very beginning. Austin, the first person I spoke to, not only diagnosed the problem efficiently but also displayed exceptional kindness in explaining the situation. His expertise and quick, thorough work were exactly what I needed.
What sets Apex apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They suggested a free sewer scope to prevent future problems, which introduced me to Joe, the owner. Joe, like Austin, was a pleasure to work with, and I could tell he genuinely cares about his customers. As someone with limited knowledge of plumbing, I later learned that there were old cast iron pipes and faulty plumbing from previous owners that were causing my issues. Without the sewer scope, I would have continued to face problems.
The following day, Joe sent a crew led by Jimmy and Mat, who were true professionals and what I would call angels to work with. These two gentlemen not only saved the day but also exceeded all my expectations. They communicated every step of the way, explained the reasons behind the issues, and patiently addressed all my silly concerns and questions. They made me feel heard, which is precisely what every customer desires. Colby and T, also part of the crew, were equally courteous.
I'm forever grateful that Apex's exceptional team removed the old cast iron plumbing and resolved the issue. After a week of the dedicated work at my property, I can't thank Apex enough. A special shout-out to Jimmy and Mat, who are truly exceptional and the best plumbers out there!!! . Thank you, Apex, for your outstanding service!
