*READ THIS * I have worked on getting windows installed through My Safe Florida Home for two years! The process has been harder than getting a divorce in Florida! What saved my sanity was choosing Affordable Windows and Doors. Believe me they new everything I needed to do to get my windows and follow the rules for MSFH program. The office staff is led by Maria Blasioli and if you have a question, concern or just need help with the process she is quick to respond and is a problem solver (she called me after hours and gave me her cell). She treated me with kindness and concern. Doreen and Alicia also were easy to deal with in installation and billing. But Maria is your go to woman! She is the reason I still haven't ripped out the rest of my hair. I highly recommend Maria and this company for excellent customer service, also the windows are beautiful.

There are a few things that troubled me in working with this company, so I will keep it to the one thing that disappointed me the most. First, 10 starts to Maria the office manager. She is the "fixer". The salesman Matt, zero starts. He talks a good game. I live in an HOA who requires impact resistant windows and door for my sunroom. I did research and wanted PGT. After deciding I would not use this company for the rest of my window replacement, another local, reputable company came to give an estimate and informed me that the door installed in the sunroom was NOT impact resistant. Right away I text Matt to inform him of this. No response, crickets. I sent an email to the owner Darrin Payne who turfed my email to Maria. The door did in fact get replaced with an impact door, however lack of response from Matt who was my sales person did not offer any response or apology that the wrong door installed was an accident, mistake or anything. Extremely poor customer service and lack of integrity as a company representative. My additional thought was is Matt doing a bate and switch of product. How many other people have been charged for a product they are not receiving. I am just happy to have had the new company I hired point this out the door to me.

These people are awesome!!! Matt was great working with up front. Richard and his installation crew are the absolute best. However, Maria is even better, if that is even possible. She was so helpful and deserves a huge raise. Windows aren't cheap, but quality comes with a cost, and these windows are top of the line. I highly recommend doing business with these people. Ordered windows in April, they were installed in December. I had to call to get an update, their answer was “oh the person hasn’t called you yet?” Quoted me about 3800 and because they had to replace some wood (ended up being only a few studs) I ended up paying over 8k for 1 bay window. The install guys were very nice, bought them pizza because they stayed into the night to install. The office told me the inspector will come the next Friday, nobody ever showed up. All that money and still have to paint and cover the scratches and imperfections. So. unfortunately I cannot use them for the other 8 windows I have, hope i can find someone else that can do rest with similar windows. They cashed in on me, so Merry Christmas to them!
