We had Clearwater Window and Door replace the windows in our Condo. Rain was in the forecast on the day of installation. 5 very professional and courteous technicians showed up promptly at 9:00 am and had all of our windows (8 of them) replaced before the rains came in the early afternoon. The windows are beautiful and the installation is flawless. I would highly recommend Clearwater window and door for your project.

We have just finished our third order with Clearwater Window & Door and couldn’t be happier. So far we have replaced 17 windows, a double front door, a slider and a 3 panel pocket slider. They do everything - permits, removal, set up an inspection day of your choosing and return after to install the track covers- all included in the price. Fred is wonderful to work with as are the whole staff from the office to the installers. Perfectly installed. The installers are very careful and considerate of your home while they are there. We just placed another order for a slider and 8 windows and know we can expect great service. Highly recommend!

After receiving quotes from several local window companies for full window and door replacement on our home (over 30 hurricane impact windows and two doors), we ultimately went with Clearwater Window and Door as they offered the best product, terms, warranty, and service for the money. We signed a contract the first week of Feb., and the job was completed before April (two weeks early). They handled everything outside of the window installation itself - permitting, inspection, cleanup, follow-ups...they even came out after the home passed inspection and they were paid in full to remove the stickers from the windows. I highly recommend working with this company for the top quality hurricane impact windows and level of service. Thank you to Fred, Mike, Carol and everyone on the hard working and knowledgeable (all English speaking American) installation team for everything.

Okay first let me say I cannot speak to their work quality. I called asking for a quote on two windows for my small townhome, the lady says "Im sorry that doesn't meet out basic minimum standard." Meaning it's too small of a job and we wouldn't make any money. What she didn't know is I own 3 additional homes if they had done these windows at a good price and the job was done well I would have given them the jobs at all 3 homes which would have been over 40 windows, what's that worth? But hey it's their company policy that I didn't meet their basic minimum standard.

We were new to the entire process and the team at Clearwater Window & Door did an outstanding job helping us to understand the installation process and options for choosing new windows and doors. The initial measurement process was straightforward, and the office team kept us up to date on delivery dates and how to prepare for the installation process. On the installation day, the team showed up early and proceeded to do an excellent job with a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship. The followup team that came to do the finishing work was excellent and explained everything in easy-to-undertstand terms. Overall, I'm very pleased with the final product for my recent window install and would recommend Clearwater Window & Door to my neighbors. The windows & sliders themselves look great - see the attached pictures as a reference. They clearly look much stronger than the builder-grade windows they replaced - and feel much more durable. Since the install, I've also noticed that the windows let in significantly less heat than my old windows - which means I don't need to cover them when the sun is shining - a huge bonus in Florida for sure. As for the install itself, 90% of the work was completed in one day - that included 4 windows + three sliders. That was great from an efficiency standpoint and obviously less disruptive to both myself and my neighbors. I would be prepared for a long wait between the measurement and the install - although it's important to point out that this is a function of the broader supply chain circa 2021-22 (and not the fault of the company whatsoever). Bottom line - this was a solid 4 star job. I'm knocking a star off because there was a bit of a gap in communication post the install - but that has since been resolved and, as such, I'm ultimately quite satisfied with the outcome.

What a wonderful experience! After talking to 5-6 window companies and hearing friends'experiences, I went with these guys. Salesman, Fred, was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and even showed me pictures of similar windows they installed on other houses. Installers Braden and Dakota, with Mike, did a professional job. Clean, neat and even vacuumed dust from couch and floor. Used my furniture polish to clean dining room table. Fixed my curtain rod when putting back up my curtains (which had been drooping for almost a year). They triple checked their work and I passed inspection with ease. I highly recommend them!!

Clearwater Window and Door Inc. is a very good company. That said I had to call many times to find out the status of the sliding doors, parts missing, forgotten to order parts and wrong missing parts. The ordering of the sliders went well, measuring of sliders went well, installation- the team of workers excellent. City inspection smooth- Our problems began with the missing parts from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend that final payment would be made when all is complete. I paid after initial installation on January 23, 2018. The inspection was done on January 26, 2018 and job was finally completed on March 17, 2018. I received many apologies from the company but have learned a valuable lesson to not pay until job is complete.
