Run. They are at minimum a price gouger but maybe even a full blown scam. Please use another company. We were having a problem with our opener and called them to fix it. They came when my wife was home and did $700+ in repairs that weren't the problem. The only item they fixed that was needed was replacing the rollers which should have been ~$200 cost. After I got home from work that day I realized the problem with the opener hadn't been corrected. I called them back out and they said I need a new opener now. They offered to credit the cost of the sensors they replaced that weren't needed the first time towards a new opener. I asked them to leave and I'll find another company to come. I had another company come install a new opener for cheaper than this company quoted me even after their $250 credit they offered me for fixing the wrong thing the first time. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.

The tech they sent out was pushy, intimidating and frankly scared me. I told him I was going to get other quotes and he would not leave my house. Five quotes later he finally left. He also tried to use scare tactics to get me to use their company, telling me it was dangerous to only replace the springs, total lie, the next company told me it was what actually needed to be done. I called their office to tell them about their tech scaring me and intimidating me, they said they’d have a manager call me back, shocker, that never happened. They also charged me a service charge for doing nothing but giving me a very false and high estimate. When I questioned that, they told me an estimate counts as a service. Save yourself the stress. Do not trust this company. ***update*** The business owner is an absolutely not professional. He will not apologize for his employees actions but he will apologize for your feeling. He is absolutely okay with intimidation and invalidation. His employees probably think it’s okay because he does it. I 100% discourage anyone from using this company. Please do not use this company. There are others that will treat you as a valued customer. It is NOT this one. Remi the owner is a piece of work. Buyer Beware. He also spoke to my exhusband and he treated him with the same temperament. I admit he instigated me into losing my temper. I wasn’t the nicest, but the fact that he spoke to my exhusband with the same arrogant and disrespectful tone makes me think that he experiences this frequently and that most of his money comes from these “service calls”. This company does not deserve your business. If he responds to this, and he probably will, I wouldn’t trust his words in response. Just remember he’s out for himself, and the customer doesn’t matter.

Called them as a spring broke on the garage door. Jace and Adam did a great job of explaining what needed to be done versus what should be done. There was no pressure to upgrade any services. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Would highly recommend!

Warning! Do NOT use Garage Door ASAP Service! Their ad claims to offer 100% customer satisfaction. That is a false claim! We had a spring break and called for an estimate. Based on what we were told over the phone, we were expecting the bill to be around $300. We were charged $632.88! Part of the total was a $78 service call. Two of their competitors offer a free service call with purchase of parts. But the real kicker came when we went to pay and they refused to take a check. We don't keep that amount of cash on hand, so we had no choice but to use a credit card. They charged us 3% fee of $18.42. We contacted the manager but he refused to waive that fee. The tech they sent spoke virtually no English. The only reason we went with them was because their ad said they were Wildwood Garage Door Repair ASAP with the lowest price in town. They are based out of Clarmont. Yet another deception!

I called this company and they quickly came out (next day) for the garage repair (broken springs). Daniel and Adam were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They were reasonably priced and I had them complete another garage job. I would highly recommend them. Daniel and Adam were the best!!!
