They also changed their schedule for me so they could come first thing in the morning. The tech was knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong. And the price was reasonable! Very polite gentleman handling our AC call however the payment of 500 was unnecessary. Our AC handler Dragon Air was out of town and came out to release the gas they put in to the unit which was 1/2 and charged me for a pound the very next day. I had no issue paying an exorbant amount for an emergency call but I would definitely recommend another company. In essence an unhappy customer.
