I cannot recommend Florida’s Heat Pump & A/C Services enough, Todd and his staff are the best in the business !! I had an issue with my air unit Monday afternoon, I contacted the office and with in the hour they had someone at my house and the issue was resolved. I have signed up for the maintenance plan with them & they have made a lifetime customer of me!
Our AC stopped working over night, we called in the morning and they came out same day. Service was fantastic. Technician was friendly and worked quickly to get our AC back up. In South Florida, AC is very important. I highly recommend FHP AC!

Technician was very thorough and explained the issues contributing to my AC efficiency. He gave me options and completed the work easily and with a great attitude despite having to work in the rain. I’ve used FHP AC service for many years and trust them.

I have been a customer for 7 or 8 years. Maybe longer. I recommend them immediately when someone needs an AC looked at. They installed a new AC for me several years ago. It was a great experience. It runs great! They are professional, efficient, do a great job, incredibly kind and reliable and honest! I could go on. Call them if you need help with your AC. I have never been disappointed!

Thank you to Todd Young! What a delight to work with a company that makes an appointment in a timely fashion, texts to confirm, shows up on time and when he arrives, offers his time and expertise to diagnose a solution. In our case, the solution, is to do nothing right now. Todd could have easily spent his time suggesting a major renno. Instead, he suggested a few work arounds to try to fix the problem. What a pleasure to deal with a competent, friendly, professional. If we have future AC needs, he’s our guy. That’s our company.

shopped for a new AC unit and received several estimates. Florida's Heat Pump and A/C Service
was by far the most reasonably priced for the same unit others quoted me. I found Todd and his crew to be very friendly, punctual, honestly answered any question I had and didn't try to sell me unnecessary add ons. They did not rush through the installation, kept work areas very clean and even registered my unit for warranty for me. I feel they went over and beyond. If you're searching for a new AC, I highly recommend this company. So happy I chose them. Thank you, Todd. And a big shout out to the installer technicians. You did a great job.

What an outstanding experience with fhp!!!
My air conditioning system suddenly stopped working, and I was in a bit of a panic. But these professionals came to the rescue! In just 2 hours, they had my system up and running again, and I couldn't be more impressed.
Their prompt response and swift service are a testament to their reliability. It's not every day you find a company that goes above and beyond to get the job done efficiently and professionally.
