We had a great experience with Empower. They set us up with a quick connect portable generator. The team was very knowledgeable and communicated well, in addition to being very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Just had Empower install a Kohler 38kw generator and electronic transfer switch. I could not be happier. Service was professional and prompt. Communication with Ron and Vicky was exemplary. I would highly recommend them for all generator needs. Additionally, they handled the permitting process effortlessly. Lastly, Franklin, the electrician was excellent, beyond words.

We trusted this company for years and now they only want our money without doing their best. Our generator is not starting and we call Empower Genrators but none of their employees know what they are doing. They tried new parts $500.00 plus they charge 3 visits and but the generator still not working. Who does that? My office window is in front of the generator and none of the technicians that had seen the generator, know what they are doing. They open it and look at it like it's something from another planet. Then they start to call each other but at the end they always tell me that still not working. After we spent all of that money, the company is suggesting to bring a top level technician and charge $280 an hour without knowing for how long he will be in my house and if he is going to fix the problem. It's been a nightmare and my generator still not working. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I just had my generator replaced by Empower Generators Inc. I found the team to be very professional, responsive and competent. They were competitively priced and offer a complete set of installation and monitoring services. Ron removed my old generator and set up my new generator in a just a few hours. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

After having Empower Generators monitor our previous generators for almost 10 years and also providing service with superior quality, we decided that the only logical place to purchase our new generator was Empower. We did so during a very difficult period to source these types of equipment and Empower came through. The installation, monitoring device installs and training where perfect! The team, including Itay, Ron and Vicky are very professional and display genuine concerns for the needs of their customers. We are very happy and will absolutely continue to have Empower monitor and service our generator. Many thanks to the Empower team!
