Javier showed up on time was totally professional and explained in detail what the problem was. He was very courteous and took his time and fixed the problem. I had a shelf that was broken, Javier went over the call of duty and showed me the part number and how to purchase it. I would highly recommend this company.

Arce’s Appliance Repair was wonderful. Javier came quickly to repair our oven. He diagnosed the problem & ordered the parts needed. We are very happy with his professional & courteous service.

Javier has earned my respect. Trustworthy, professional, takes the time to explain the issues, repairs, cost and provides options. Does not try to price gouge and always lets me know if more sensible to repair or replace. Very customer service oriented and that is hard to come by these days. Thank you Javier.
