Excellent service! Kenneth came out and diagnosed the problem and did a full checkup on my AC. Another gentlemen (didn’t catch his name, wore glasses) came out and professionally reconstructed the opening which was poorly done previously by the first company. Prices are very reasonable and honest. I would recommend them to any new homeowner! Thanks Underwood AC!
Mara was super helpful and patient with us. They were able to help our indoor AC unit startup again, very friendly, and didn't hesitate to help give advice and answers. They went the extra mile to even clean the unit a bit before leaving.
Overall with my many other visits with the company, this is by far the BEST AC company you can ask for nearby.

Today I had a new unit installed by Jeremy and Darren. They did an awesome job and they are very knowledgeable. They explained everything they did and what is for as well as gave me tips and instructions on how to keep the unit from going bad in the future. I highly recommend this company for all your air central needs. Thanks again also to Victor for the fast response when we call and for guiding us on what unit to choose for our cooling needs.

The Air Conditioning at our house started to feel unusual, and warm and smell a bit odd. We knew we required the assistance of a professional since it was not improving for a few days.
Underwood AC sends Chris to assist with our situation. Chris and another member worked together on pinpointing the culprit of our dilemma (a special dye was placed in the vent to search for undetectable leaks.) A few days later they sent another technician, Tom who was polite, honest, and resourceful. Tom informed us that he found a leak and of the following steps. The leak was found in the Air Conditioning Coils which required the replacement of the coils in our system. The Underwood Team also found a discrepancy with our AC warranty and advised us on how to proceed.
Chris returned to our home upon arrival of the coil replacement, and worked tirelessly to ensure our AC was working in optimal condition! Chris was respectful of our property, polite, and disciplined. As a technician, Chris is extremely knowledgeable and confident of his skills in the AC industry and we most definitely would recommend him and the AC Underwood team to our friends and neighbors!
We are genuinely satisfied with the AC Underwood company and their technicians. Hire them you won't regret it!

Dealing with Underwood AC was easy and enjoyable! From the moment I spoke to Heather on the phone, to the moment that Tom arrived at the house and resolved the issue, I always felt at ease. Everything was handled professionally, and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be using them again for my future air conditioning needs.

Underwood is amazing! From the initial contact with the team in office to the techs that come out to diagnose and fix the problem. Very knowledgeable and they make sure you have all the info to make the right decision. Tony came out to help with my AC not cooling and he was fantastic! Can’t recommend them enough to everyone needing assistance with their AC or pool heater.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Underwood AC Company, and I couldn't be more happy with the service provided. Tony, the technician assigned to my job, replaced my AC unit inside and out. He was punctual and took the time to explain each step of the repair process. His attention to detail and commitment to quality work were evident.
Overall, I highly recommend Underwood AC Company, especially if you have the chance to work with Tony. Their professional, affordable service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs.

After reading positive reviews online about Underwood AC, I decided to call to schedule preventive maintenance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. Heather was fantastic to work with to do the initial scheduling, including following up when she said she would and helped find a time that worked to fit our schedules.
Tom came to perform the work. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and highlighted any areas I should keep an eye on and what the solution would be when the time came. He even suggested some preventive things I could consider to avoid costly repairs due to power surges during the storm season that were beyond what their company does but excellent recommendations. He answered all my questions, including providing some options to address some annoyances I had due to the initial installers of my system. He was pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. Because of the excellent service and reasonable pricing, I highly recommend Underwood AC!

We invited three companies to quote for our replacement ac system. Underwood ac was, without any hesitation our choice.
The technician who visited - Kenneth, was very polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Further, Kenneth took photos, measurements and even inspected and discussed areas not done so by the other companies.
My wife and I even asked for a re-visit, to discuss some points my wife and I had. We were offered four quotes of varying system descriptions to consider. We then discussed them and, talking with Kenneth, arrived at the system best suited to our particular needs. The installation was completed very professionally and, we are very happy with our new system and, with all of the foregoing, we have no hesitation in recommending Underwood AC.
