The are very prompt to respond to our requests, they have the proper knowledge on the equipment they deal with and on top of it, their pricing is more than fair compared to other elevator companies. Osmani and his Axis team have been the highest level of professionalism. Several of our properties had major issue with their elevators. These guys come in and turn what would never look possible a negative elevator situation into an incredible positive like new elevator. Osmani and his team are so knowledgeable, hands on and always responsive to our every need thank you guys its always a pleasure to be a part of a team that only moves forward.
