Staff were friendly. We were looking for stacked stone and even though we were not buying a large amount , they were still very accommodating and helpful. Kim was awesome and helped us in making a decision. A free sample was ordered for us. Highly recommended.
From the moment we walked in Kim greeted us and made us feel right at home. We went to other tile places, and Scott made the difference here! He pointed us in the right direction and knew exactly what we needed. We spent over 3 hours and picked our entire house out from top to bottom! Scott was patient, creative and willing to go that extra mile. When you go.....you MUST ask for Scott. He was the difference maker!

Working with Jonathan was the best and easiest part of my kitchen renovation. He listened well and perfectly understood my vision. He quickly got me several samples and communicated great through the process. Can’t wait for my next project!

My wife and I visited (too) many tile stores for our bathroom renovation. However, once we met Jonathan at Tamiami Tile a painful experience became easy and fun. Tamiami has an extensive selection of beautiful products. Jonathan was beyond patient with us and offered us a multitude of great choices. He has amazing taste and really knows how to coordinate various materials. Jonathan worked hard (and long) to make sure that we were truly happy with all our selections. In addition to his design talents, Jonathan is extremely nice and fun to work with.

As someone who remodels every place I buy to really eclectic modern style, I was referred to Tamiami Tile by one of the reps from the builders of Moderne Boca. From the time I walked in, I fell in love with the selection of amazing tiles in porcelain, glass, marble plus much more. They have been around since 1938 for a reason!
The one time I had a matching issue due to a new run on a specific porcelain shower tile, the owner Jason was incredibly gracious despite my lack of diligence reviewing closely during yhe purchase (even tough Jonathan insisted), but he still provided a full refund even though I only asked for a store credit.
He runs a great operation, and as a founder of a company myself, I will DEFINITELY shop at Tamiami Tile again for all of the above reasons and recommend them highly!

This store is amazing.They have a n enormous selection of tiles all shapes sizes colors ohhhh my Lord !!!! nd flooring .(.no carpeting )The young lady at the desk (plz forgive me for forgetting your name) (Paige ???) was attentive to our needs Kim as well she took the time to listen We were just trying to get a feel ,having just moved in Kim had so many wonderful suggestions nd thoughts ..It wasn't that we were wasting her time ..Thank you both for your assistance..Very nice place

I definitely should have set up an appointment before walking in. There were only three people who could've helped but were all too busy. On the bright side, they had an amazing show room with many different tiles to chose from. I called in advance and spoke to Nichole the receptionist, who I then met in person. She was great and very helpful, but overall will definitely come back with my designer another day.

Don't even set foot in this place. Although they have beautiful tile their attitude toward customers leaves much to be desired. Jason, the sales person, is the definition of rude. His attitude toward customers is totally disgusting.
My initial contact with Jason was via phone. I simply asked what time the store opened and if he was going to be there. He informed me that he had an appointment that would last 2 hours and he "needs more than 20 minutes notice". Hey, Jason, all I did was ask if you were going to be there. He suggested I come in around 11am. I told him 11 30 worked better for me. Fine.
Since things changed for me, I arrived at 11am and told a man at the desk that I was there, albeit early. He told me he would tell Jason. I saw Jason standing within earshot, not doing anything. He looked at me then ran into a back room. As I wandered around the showroom Jason came out of the back room, knew who I was, knew I had an appointment, yet chose to make a personal phone call at his desk in front of where I was standing. By 11 15 he still refused to wait on me, busying himself at his desk. I asked if he was ready for me and he copped an attitude that "as we discussed earlier" I can't give him 10 minutes notice. Hey, Jason, you weren't busy and even offered me an 11am appointment. The man that had been at the desk then copped an attitude and told me that I was walking around the showroom and he "didn't have time" to tell Jason I was there.
First, Jason KNEW I was there. Second, this man had been sitting at the desk with Jason talking yet he "didn't have time to tell him"?
No way would I deal with this company. A company is only as good as it's representatives and these 2 people were a poor representation.
