Apparently my old post, when they installed the Generator appeared instead of the visit by Javier or Xavier yesterday. By the way Javier/Xavier arrived at the exact time Jacqueline said he would! This is why I am posting this to it! Javier or Xavier was on time, he was fast and efficient superbly polite and quite the Gentlemen! Keep him on the payroll! Now what’s following this is after the original installment of the Generator…..Rob came by at time Heather mentioned! He sent me a voice message as to his arrival time. Very polite & pleasant, explained everything, showed me what their plan was to install & the necessary steps to do the job. Have no photos yet. Installation will be approx: in August, September at the latest! I look forward to the experience! Photos will come after installation! That’s a promise!
APS technician Justin called me before the service appointment to let me know his arrival time. An inspection was performed on my generator and Justin let me know every step he was taking. He was extremely personable and competent. I hope he can be scheduled to return at the next scheduled appointment.

Very honest and knowledgeable individuals. They all were extremely helpful and Chris Lopez is very knowledgeable and patient with us. We asked questions and never was frustrated. Rather he was very helpful. He is awesome.

Excellent experience with Rob Blum! He explained everything so simple and definitely interesting enough for me to make the purchase. I thought the price was a bit expensive until he showed me all the guarantees with products and their long term services. Our family’s safety is worth every penny. Rob was very patient with me and maintained top-notch professionalism the entire time. His knowledge of the electrical and electronics aspects of the project was very impressive and sealed the deal for me. We’re looking forward to installation day!

Had my APS (Assurance Power Systems) Generac system annual service today. My tech Chris was on-time, thorough, friendly and informative - explaining how the system worked and demonstrating operation under load (for the whole house). It was a good experience!
