I have been using this place for a good number of years. NEVER have I had an issue and always found them to be helpful and suggest the best way to get what I’m looking for. Thank you.

Large selection of plumbing and electrical items, some of which you can't find at the big box stores. Good prices on Sta Rite pumps. (OK, 'probably no such thing as a "good" price on a Sta Rite. How about least offensive?) 'Had a warrantee issue on a Sta Rite pump that was handled pretty much as well as you could hope for.

Their hours state they close at 5. Show up at 3:39pm and they are locking up because it was slow all day. They are there but refuse to sell one bushing because their computers are already closed. So why bother going to this store if they are just going to make up their own hours. What a waste of diesel.

Generally unhelpful. If you are a layperson or amateur, go somewhere else. I am turning a 240v 50amp jacuzzi electrical box into a 120v 30amp RV outlet and a 120v GFCI outlet. Came to store to get what I need for this. While I'm confident I know the gist of the electrical problem I have, I am not knowledgeable about of types of hardware and options available. There were three guys working there; i walked up to one, said "I'm here for some breakers... I think", and asked if one of them could answer a question or two about my issue. I was told "We're not electricians.". I stammered for a moment, mumbled something, then left. They didn't even hear me out. Granted, this was about 30-40 minutes before closing time, and they *aren't* electricians. Update: The owner replied the next day, admitting to having observed my brief discourse with the cashier, saying it was a misunderstanding, that they don't want any liability issues and stay away from wiring questions, etc. Which I agree, makes sense, however... neither the cashier nor anyone else present heard me explain where i was ignorant and confused, rather, when the cashier realized I had a few questions the only thing they said was "we're not electricians"... Basically, I've heard a few people (one of whom is an electrician) swear by this place. I'd reckon if you know exactly what it is you want when you walk in then this place will satisfy and please. If you are a layperson though, go somewhere else.
