If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars I would. We have had a mini split air conditioner waiting for install for months now. The first delay was in getting energy calculations done for the unit. We ultimately got the information (we hired a third party who was recommended by AC Pros), who provided the information over a month ago. My husband was told by AC Pros that the permit was in processing with the City of Eustis. I called the city today to follow up on the permit application and one was never submitted. I called the person my husband is working with at AC Pros and first he tried to say that the city was in error, then he said that the energy calculations (30+ pages) were dropped off on the reviewer/inspector's desk while on vacation. I worked for over a decade in local government and I was involved in permit processing on a daily basis. Reputable contractors understand they have to complete all the forms that the municipality requires. I don't know of any contractors who just toss drawings on someone's desk while on vacation and hope for the best. As you can imagine, it is very, very hot right now - July in Florida - not a time to be without AC. To learn that the can is being kicked down the road (and for what?), and that there is no scheduled date for our AC install is beyond disappointing. We have put good faith in this company to do the work. If they were not capable to do so, due to inability or having a schedule that's too full, they should have said so. Just another company that wants the work, but wants to do it when it's convenient for their schedule, without a commitment to completion. Total fail. What a complete disappointment the experience of working with this company has been.

I had Billy come out to quote me a price for a new A/C system since mine was 29 years old and wasn't cooling. It was time. Billy was great at explaining what I was going to get and what it would cost. He has a great personalty and sense of humor. Billy told me that they would come out that Saturday and install my new system. Then on Friday he brought me a portable unit to keep us cool in the mean time. By Saturday afternoon they were all done and my house was cool once again! I absolutely recommend this company for many reasons. They are family owned and operated. They were very experienced and professional. Dalton and Aden knew just what they were doing and were so knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke with was so nice. It is hard nowadays to fine a company you can feel good about and trust. This one really made me feel like I was being treated like family. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING ANYONE ELSE.

The team from A/C Pros came on time, did the semiannual service we do on our A/C system and identified a problem related to a freon leak. Our system is one of those "contractor specials" meaning it was cheap when installed. 'The team explained what was likely the issue but recharged the system and sent over several different options we could consider. No pressure, just information, and friendly service. Highly recommend this team. Also great to see that it is a family business. The tech was the son of the owner. Really wonderful to see the ethic that is embedded in the company,
