This review is on the Patriot Pool customer experience - it is the opposite (negatively) of that which the acquired company Aloha Pools. I cancelled and cannot recommend based on the significant decline in service, professionalism, expertise.

Stay away. During one month of service, at least three service visits were missed without explanation. I called on a day of scheduled service to discuss the issue -- and then they didn't show up on that day! I cancelled my contract but had paid for the month in advance; obviously I am owed a refund and will let you know if they bother sending one. Or you can just keep scrolling to the next pool company. They could not possibly be worse.

I wish there was a -0 star rating... SO disgusted!!! Lack of professionalism is unmatched ???? Pool never looks pristine like it should (even whwb he swrvixes it)... But this holiday weekend it went to a whole new level of incompetence. A piol that should be crystal blue turned emerald green for our Memorial weekend. Peeved beyond words!! So green & murky we couldn't even use it for fear of getting sick.
